Singapore, 27 August 2025 — The Singapore High Court (General Division) has ordered Mr. Deepak Mishra (dual citizen of India and Guatemala, ex-fund manager and majority shareholder of Greenfield Advisory Pte Ltd) and Ms. Nimisha Pandey—a husband-and-wife duo behind Fulcrum Advisory Pte Ltd, One Oak World, and international hospitality assets including Parc du Baden Hotel (Switzerland, managed by Ramada) and Ramada by Wyndham Bangkok Sukhumvit 11—to pay over USD 78 million (USD 71,321,679.83 plus annual interest of 5.33%) to Mrs. Rashmi Bothra.
One Oak World has been developing real estate projects in Lucknow and other Indian cities, claiming foreign direct investment (FDI) funding. In reality, much of this funding is linked to Mishra’s own offshore shell companies in Mauritius and Cayman Islands, fronted by long-time associates including Faizal Mustaq (Dubai resident) and Amritanshu and Saumendra Mehra.
The judgment, delivered on 26 August 2025 under case citation [2025] SGHC 170, underscores the Court’s strong stance on financial misconduct and establishes direct liability on the part of the couple. Enforcement is expected across multiple jurisdictions where they hold assets.
